Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting1.．Run excel milestone reports from system (GTN/Log-net/SIV)2．Sort out the data and filter the useful information3．Send to CEVA Origin to chase them to update if any missing milestoneSystem updating1．HKG declaration via Tradelink2．Ocean AMS/ACI3．GTN/SIV updateDocumentation1．Data entry in OFS for all shpt details2．Verify HBL information with the shpr3. Verify MBL information with the shipping lineQualificationsCollege or aboveMust read and write in Mandarin & English. Good communication skills, ability to communicate and interact with people from multi-national and diverse backgroundFundamental PC skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel1 year International forwarder experienced staff is preferred
