Welcome Desk Agent must at all-time actively engage with guest while creating memorable experience by using empowerment. Ensure all the guests receive a personalized, friendly and efficient check-in and check-out, process all payments according to established hotel requirements and police, assisting with guest with queries and handling guest opportunities to achieve guest satisfaction.
前台接待必须在所有时间主动与客人情感联系，通过使用授权来创造一个难忘的经历，确保所有的客人得到个性化的友好的有效的入住和离店，根据酒店的要求和规定进行财务操作，协助客人解决疑问，和把握好每个机会去满足客人。
