Responsibilities:
1. Establish a welding and cutting testing platform.
2. Provide technical support to Welding related business.
3. Develop innovative technical solutions for welding and cutting.
4. Assist in the development of the welding and cutting research and development program and its implementation.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with course work providing a deep understanding of welding and cutting fundamentals.  
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in R&D or engineering field.
3. Deep understanding of Welding Cutting technology and national market.
4. Has successful project management experience.
5. Good analytical capability, orientation to results and objectives.
6. Good command of English, both in oral and written.
