Location: Yulin Shaanxi (陕西榆林)
Report to: Head of Maize R&D and Seed Production
Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the overall management of maize seed production station in Yulin, include the management of maize production team members, cooperative farmers etc. 
2. In charge of finding suitable isolations for maize seed production.
3. Supervise the whole procedure of maize production from fertilizing, irrigating, to harvest, to provide F1 seeds/hibred/inbred seeds for breeding research and other basic seeds productions.


Requirements: 
1. At least with bachelor’s degree majored in agriculture, agronomy etc
2. At least with 5-8 years experiences in maize field planting and production. 
3. Have leadership, management and organizational skills, maize breeding experiences is preferred.
4. Good communication skills both in written and oral Chinese and English.
5. Literate at computer Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
6. Honest, reliable, a hard field worker.
7. Willing to travel occasionally especially winter in Hainan. 
8. Have driving license is a plus.
