Strong willingness to learn. No prior knowledge of machinery is required, however ability to learn at an accelerated pace will be recognized and rewarded.
Strong Electrical background
Familiar with pneumatics and hydraulics
Familiar with mechanics and mechanical applications
Fundamentals of PLCs (preferably Allen Bradley or Siemens)
Fundamentals of Drives/Motors
Strong understanding of Windows operating system
Linux/Unix/QNX experience a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills (Chinese and English)

职位描述  
Train to become expert on machines manufactured locally.
Full knowledge of machine from mechanical build, to electrical wiring, to software setup
Ability to learn machinery from mechanical build, to electrical wiring, to software setup and commissioning
Responsible for initial power-up of machines including electrical troubleshooting and thorough testing of machinery before shipping to the customer
Provide technical support for technicians in the field who are installing or servicing the machine
Occasional travel to customer sites to support Field Service Technicians as necessary.
Willing to travel internationally (Japan, Korea, Vietnam and Thailand).
Maintain documents and procedures relating to machines.
Create new documents and procedures to assist field personnel and customers better understand machinery
As knowledge increases, perform training for customers and new employees.
Actively pursue advanced training
