Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain OHSAS****** management system.
2. Establish and follow up safety procedure and targets to continuously improve safety performance
3. Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment for all related issues.
4. Monitor legal compliance to ensure company products, activities and services comply with relevant safety requirements.
5. Conduct HSSE training, promotion and communication to improve employees’ awareness.
6. Organize safety meeting and communicate with employees about safety related issues. Organize and follow up safety patrol and point out unsafe issues.
7. Push and follow up safety correction for all significant risk and hazards.
8. Special equipment and operator management.
9. Conduct safety management for machinery, electronic, vehicle, chemical, related high risk areas and so on.
10. Handle and investigate safety related emergency issues and incidents.
11. Safety management of any material, technology, equipment changes and new project. Ensure that all employees, suppliers and vendors’ behavior comply with company policies.
12. Contractor safety management. Establish and maintain emergency response plan, and set up and conduct drill plan.
13. Assist to safety worker team management and occupational health management work.
Requirements
1. Min. 2 years’ job experience
2. Experience with safety management and OHSAS system
3. Knowledge with technical, engineer, manufacturing area, machinery, electronic, hazardous chemical and high risk operation management. BS degree in engineering or safety technical engineering
4. Language: English and Chinese, verbally and in writing
5. Good communication skill, self-starter with persistent working methods and team player
6. Ability to motivate employees and surroundings
7. Technical approach to solutions
8. Good computer skill with Microsoft Office
