Job Description:
To provide corporate secretarial, administrative and general support to the Law Group in China
? Administers the Corporate Important Documents Files.
- Review all documents for proper categorization and signatures.
- Filing, locate and retrieve documents
? Arrange for the filings to incorporate, qualify, amend charters, reorganize, merge, liquidate and dissolve the Company’s affiliates and maintain filings as required.
? Custodian of corporate seals and corporate documents of entities.
? Coordinate third party service provider relationship.
? Interface with local, regional and global law group and other business and function groups to coordinate meetings, Calendar/Meeting management
? Arrange international and domestic travel, including visa applications, air tickets & hotel booking, transportation logistics etc.
? Document preparation utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
? Act as Travel expense report proxy for Shanghai Law group as required
? Preparation for new employees including office setup, new PC request etc.
? Key contact for office equipment and department file room, submit PR or eForm as required
? conduct legal research
? assist in M&A and divestiture projects
? assist the coordination of litigation; and
? any other duties as assigned.
? Provide other support activities as required
Job Qualifications: This position requires an undergraduate degree in laws
Preferred minimum of 2 years experience, work experience in law or accounting firm
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Detail oriented, time sensitive, customer focused, quick learner and a strong team player
Must be able to work independently and multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong analytical ability, and a high regard for confidentiality.
