Main responsibilities

-Check the S/I received from supplier to ensure the data integrity.
-Input the data into PEGASUS & INTTRA systems
-Submit the S/I timely to shipping line or coloader
-File AMS / AMX / ACI / ENS into systems if required
-Check the b/l draft received from shipping line
-Handle the pickup of TAX INV ; original b/l or any other shipping DOC if required

Requirement

-College Degree or above
-1 year of ocean documentation experience or above in freight forwarding industry，excellent this year's graduates are preferable
-Mandarin and English language proficiency
-Computer literate
-Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
