? Provide professional design and review work by using the corporate standards to the assigned systems and packages of electrical system including MV and LV system, power distribution system, lighting and small power, grounding and lightning protection system etc.;
? Working as team leader for electrical group and will be responsible for design, cost and schedule of electrical systems for project.
? Liaise/negotiate/clarify/resolves technical issues with client and consultants by performing the organizational function of a System Expert. Presenting the required and assigned design and engineering documents (English is needed);
? Responsible for communication and coordination with project management, LDI, other disciplines and construction team;
? Provide professional engineering input, review and implement required changes to all aspects of the design relating to the assigned systems or packages;
? Review and comment third party design documents on the assigned systems or packages;
? Support the Tender process by providing tender technical document ,participating in the relevant tender reviews, meetings and provide valuable input and technical evaluation;
? Lead and conduct the cost estimation & Value engineering
? Involved in construction support, manage subcontractor
? Making work plan, report to management
? Trouble-shooting, make progress move smoothly.
