Job PurposePrimary purpose of the role C briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists:1.Ensure the tasks of the Document Processing Operations department in line with current guidelines and procedure.2.Ensure high accuracy and productivity of all Operations output and perform all in view of our Operational Excellence.Key AccountabilitiesMain areas of focus and accountability of the role C detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:1 Issue required HAWB in line with instruction as received from Customer Services.2 Print HAWB correctly and on time3 Ensure timely collection of all shipment related documents.4 Trigger EDI correctly and on time5 Update tracking & tracing report to support Planer team and update ATD milestone in OFS.6 Issue intercompany invoice correctly and on time in OFS7 Back up for other team members when necessary.Knowledge, Experience & SkillsThe knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level:Education & Qualifications出勤要求：每周3-4天
