Primary Responsibility:Be responsible for the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities in the plant.Plant layout developmentDevelop work instructions & procedures for preventive maintenance work of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.To plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimate on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs. Be responsible for fire protection system, and provide support to health and safety initiatives. Be responsible for building utilities, their distribution, maintenance, servicing and cost control. Be responsible for the physical security for the various sites by managing card access, camera systems and outside security personnel. Manage and implement the Preventive Maintenance programs for telecommunications equipment and services. Will coordinate joint activities with outside contractors and ensure all contractors compile with company EHS guidelines.Work as a cross-functional team member for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.Work as trainer and coach for FE technicians.Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree required. 3-5 years of related experience.
