岗位职责：1. Handles all electrical & instrument maintenance issues & coordinate daily maintenance activities.2.Driving process equipment performance, continuously improvement on equipment reliability, renovation the existed production equipment and develop systemic maintenance plan.3.Spare parts management such as purchase planning, spare part inventory management.4. Contact with maintenance manager preventive /breakdown maintenance arrangement.5. Implements maintenance team action plans according to EHS and A. Schulman policy. 6. Write& revise SOPs for all utilities. Write all documents for production equipment, electrical and instrument. Initiate regular maintenance plan.7. Supports to the new projects, process improvement projects.职位要求：1. College degree or above, Electrical, Instrument, Engineering, Mechatronics will be preferential.2. Over 5 years working experience in electrical related position in MNC. Good in english reading and writing, and able to communicate in oral english.3. Familiar with electrical related software.4. Good at cross department communicate, better have project leader or team leader experience.
